It's weigh in time again 😃.

Interestingly this week hasn't shown a big weight loss. Although my calorie deficit was more than last week. However, I see a lot of positives in me, physically active, mentally active, less stressed, less hungry, more healthy eating, habits are forming slowly and steadily.

It's empowering to see the benefits to my mindset and how it is leading me into positive territory. Keep it on and keep it going. 💪💪💪
206.4 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
