Gluten free does not mean healthy! Felt sorry for myself and had a gluten free pizza from dominos last night. Only ate half of it (three slices) but I'm sure the carbs overloaded my system!

Also, you know how every once in a while on the Biggest Loser, a girl will weigh in and gain a pound or stay the same? They never defend themselves and say, "hey! I'm about to start my period!" Well, that's my excuse for the moment. My period should have started today and has not yet. Ah, hormones...
211.6 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is why I started to just average out my weight. I keep a log of daily weigh ins and average it at the end of the week. This takes into account the fluctuations in weight from one day to the next. Works for me so far. And if that is all you gain thanks to that time of the month you are lucky! I put on nearly 10 lbs at that time. @_@ GOOD LUCK!

Why not try making Dr Oz portobello mushroom pizza recipe. Just a thought since you are trying to eat gluten free. Infact I making this recipe for dinner tonight. It's easy peasy and you get your veggies and protein.
