On Friday I went back to the Indction of the Atkins Plan. I really merryed it up over the week of Christmas, so now it's time to get my weight back under control before it gets totally out of control - life's good!!! Today is my Intermittent Fasting day - I'll have all my calories eaten by noon and I won't any solid food until tomorrow morning. I went for a Morning walk plus HILL CLIMB!!! Marlene
