Uh Oh, Way to many Christmas partys and also all the Christmas
goodies I've made (peppermint Chocolate drop cookies, Icing covered
Brownies and walnuts and Rice Krispy Treats) how does one resist
all that? I know, I know just DON'T make them. I'll get it
together soon!! Real soon. More water for sure... Marlene

I understand. I have been invited to parties and the eggnog does me in everytime (the sugar does at least). Aside from that eggnog would be a perfect low carb drink. It is tempting for me to not get caught up in the holiday carb fest. I find I can stay focused even if I fall off by continuing exercising and I.F. Best of luck.
