Broke 295 Level! 294.75. Will start my work out routine again today at 4pm. Hopefully we can get below 290 this week! Feel great, Atkins going well.
294.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 99.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
