Progress!!
Surprisingly I’m still eating 1800-1900 calories per day, keeping an eye on added sugars, exercising only 3 days per week for 15- 20 minutes.
I had a big Margarita last night and fajita nachos, so delicious. If I could keep those treats to once per week, I think I’ll be golden!
193.8 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
