Hoping to start the Christmas day eating marathon from a position of strength, but weighed in 100g over my lowest so far - close enough!

Merry Christmas all :)
124.3 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
