I did it! Officially lost 10 pounds 🎉 I’m learning so much about my body and my nutrition needs, I’m excited to keep experimenting with exercise and food and staying the course ❤️
156.6 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
