Had a good day. Bike 30", walked 60" and I learned something new about how many calories one can burn just by standing. I teach so just by standing for 4 hours and 1 hour on the trains I burned about 860 calories. I also forgot walking up and down to the forth floor as I have to go to many different classes. I didn't include the stairs in my daily workout, but it means that I am burning even more calories than expected. Luckily in Japan there are not as many sweets and temptations in the supermarkets as back home and the portion sizes are much smaller. That being said, where there is a will there's a way and I realize that I must keep my sugar addiction at bay. Once I give in I go hog wild which is a strange expression for a lacto-ovo vegetarian (used to be vegan but it was too difficult) to use.

I am almost back my lowest weigh-in since I started this food diary and am hoping by the end of this week to get an even lower weigh in and am shooting for below 177 lbs. If not, I am still happy with my progress. Although the pounds are not coming off as fast I am feeling slimmer and my body stronger. I also noticed that I needed to tighten my belt another notch which is probably a better indicator than going by my weight only. I am going to try not to weigh myself until Sunday as daily weigh-ins are stressing me out.
177.5 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
