after 2 days of running one mile a day and eating good for the atkins plan i feel back on track although alittle sore, but i am determined to keep this up.... my goal (from my army days) 2miles in 20 min (right now 24min) 20 push ups (now 2) and 70 sit ups (now 20) ouch, right but i have a plan!! 40 CAN BE FABULOUS!!!
190.6 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
