Started to have dizzy spells. So now not on diet, matching calories to exercise.... is weird eating more... scary as dont want to put back on.

So weekly weigh in on Thursday morning now!
150.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
