shoot. going the wrong way. yesterday was a particularly crappy day for me and I am having a hard time with self control.
Honestly, I will let one thing that goes wrong give me a reason to just mess up my whole day of eating. Obviously I am not doing what I have learned in all of my other diets and I am letting myself be unaccountable.
Here is the start of a new day. What will I do? Stay tuned.
207.3 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
