I actually weighed in today at 192, but posting at 193 because a 2 lb loss seemed like a lot. Since I am doing so well, I ate a whole scone (37 carbs, 250 cals.) this morning. I feel guilty about eating this, hope it doesn't destroy my progress. I'll take it easy on carbs for the rest of the day.

If you bite it, write, When we get relaxed and start adding things in and not tracking is when we start to derail our efforts. If you plan for it, no reason why you shouldn't have foods you enjoy sometimes.
