Not reading too much into the loss. Been on this road too many times to know it's only fluid buildup that I'm losing at this point in time. The 'real' weight will come off once the hard yards have been done :)
203.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well the fluid loss is a good thing, makes me feel puffy and bleh. Salty foods cause me to retain fluid so I train myself to add flavoursome herbs to my meals instead of salts. Not sure if its the same with you and I noticed medication these days hinder our journey. Keeping myself active helps too even if its moving the joints with stretching and using weights at home. By the way I love ladybugs 🥰

TreesLaugh, it is definitely the 'not eating all the salty foods', especially since I ate so much of that type of food over Christmas! I also use herbs and spices to try to add flavour to my meals as I get bored so quickly with food. You sound as though you're on a very positive journey - keep up the good work! :)
