Thanks for the encouragement. I appreciate it. I have been working hard. Sometimes I think I have be putting a little too much energy into it but I feel so much better that I'm not ready to stop. I finally feel comfortable about buying smaller clothes. I would like to reduce my goal weight by five more pounds. ClassicRocker I have been watching your journey. Keep at it. Tracking is key...
