Back from vacation - and I guess gaining 4 lbs isn't terribly bad. I did some walking, but hardly any other exercise and I definitely ate and drank more than I usually would. I'm back on track today though.

Haha, you sound like me on vacation. Whenever my boyfriend and I go down the shore, yeah that does it for me :) So many good things to eat and drink. It seemed like we pretty much walked everywhere (constantly on the boards) and went swimming in the ocean. Still gained two pounds; it was the Showboat buffet that did it with its delicious foods and amazingly rich, yummy desserts ;)
