My new target is to get up and move around more. I will walk and exercise my legs more. My weight in was November 20, 2014 at 426 lbs.

Thanksgiving day, I was bad but not as bad as it could've been. I had just 1500 calories for the whole day, but the bad part is, most of my calories were at the Thanksgiving Dinner (1100 calories), which is bad for the body to eat so many calories in one setting. And 450 calories were in the pecan pie. But I figured that one out too. How I can lessen that, is to eat the pecans on the top of the pie, and not the rest of the pie.

I'm back to eating only 1200 calories. and not a lot at one time either. Spread it out through the hole day.

I went from 72 units of Lantus (insulin) to 45 units and still keep my blood sugar reasonably low.
426.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 127.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
