Being concerned with the rapid drop, I contacted my doctor. He said it most likely is water weight and I should slow down soon. I have seriously increased activity while reducing carbs. Major increase to proteins and the numbers are dropping. I am expecting a plateau soon and I am ok with that. This is the lowest my scale has been in over six months.
