Weight management going well this month. Keeping up an energetic routine of cycling, running and yoga over the weekdays and blobbing about in the weekends.

The end of November signals the beginning of xmas celebrations and events. Am going to have stern words with self to maintain discipline. Would hate to blow my good work this year out of the water so making New Years resolutions early:

1. Eat and drink sensibly
2. Maintain my physical fitness regime
3. Be kind to my long suffering husband
4. Keep positive
5. Find a job, a proper one that pays real money

The weather has turned cooler and whilst we haven't turned on the Central Heating … that time is not far away. I have noted in the past week that when the air is full of fog and ice, I don't want to get out into the fresh air. Note to self … get over it, and get over it quick. I noticed I struggled with running the most. I suspect the voice in my head (well at least one of them) imagines itself stretched out on a rug in front of a log fire. It will be a challenge!

Here's a question … is it time to buy a new pair of scales?

One last piece of good news. Went for a job interview and had a panic attack. All my suits, work outfits were too baggy. Took in suit skirt and trousers 5" (five inches) in at the waist! yoo-hoo. Little sad I didn't take measurements before I started this journey. But wait - I know where I can get some stats from! Watch this space.

169.8 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
