Hi everyone, I did not lose this weight in one day, but in one month plus. I ate a lot of fruit and vegetables. The low carb bread seems to help - but as you may notice has a laxative-like effect. I have been cheating but need to stop to get my cholesterol levels back to below or at normal. I got some of my medical papers, my shrink said I had borderline high BP. That is complete nonsense, unless I'm in severe pain, so I have to get her to take that off the record, it runs low, 100/60 or 110/70 normally and they always ask me if that is normal for me. Hope all of you are well. I eat the low carb pasta too. I have to get back on the plan but have been forcing myself to bicycle around despite arthritis pain and it has shown a weight loss as a result. I hope to move by midwinter. I will get a new computer then, I may move in the fall. I will likely be farther from downtown, but I will have a better place with less pesky neighbors. Again today I am at the library, and I have been barhopping since last month, and there are a lot of young women in my hometown here out there, but I'm not sure they will stick around with me long, as my financial status is not that of the normal 47 year old in our country, I suspect they are interested in me perhaps as I may appear younger - like no one in the bar was over forty, and they would think I might have some status in life by now. I can only imagine how easy it will be to meet women IF it ever happens that I do become a successful published author... :) Anyway, the dieting gets easier once you get near your goal weight, at least it did for me...
202.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
