I need suggestions for food that contains a lot of fiber. I also need to go grocery shopping. I have been too lazy to get up to do the exercise; but tomorrow is a new day. I'm going to try.
144.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

veggies are full of fibre, bran flakes or all bran cereal and you can also buy something called Benefibre that you can strir into food or drinks to supplement your intake. or psyllium husk capsules are good too.

Beans are full of fiber and protein too. They are adding fiber to everything now, even yogurt. Fiber one yogurt is pretty good. Be careful about adding too much fiber all at once to your diet, it can have some crazy effects on your stomach, lol. It's best to build up more fiber each week.

Beans of all kinds have lots of fiber. Kashi cereals, shredded wheat, broccoli. Blueberries, strawberries, peaches. Lots of brands have added fiber. Apples with the skins on. Potatoes. Good luck! I did a web search for fiber rich foods and got a list.
