soo tempted yesterday to eat junk not sure why and almost gave in but somehow I stayed strong.
277.8 lb Lost so far: 77.2 lb.    Still to go: 102.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mike, just wanted to say..WOWWWW! You are doing amazing!! You have lost over 77 pounds in a short time! Congratulations on your weight loss so far, and your staying strong yesterday! What a great accomplishment to go out to Olive Garden of all places, and choose to not cave! You should feel very proud of yourself, not guilty, but I know what you mean! Congrats!
