Just 2 ounces, but I figure any step in the right direction, no matter how small is worthy of note. :)

Best wishes to everyone else out there who's taking the steps to lose weight.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Absolutely, Babsio. I no longer consider myself on the "diet" per se. I've just learned so much about making the right choices, that I eat differently now. I eat a lot more veggies than I used to. (Never thought I'd see the day where I liked broccoli and spinach! LOL) I make my own version of breakfast burritos or even personal pan pizzas using low carb tortillas. And I still might stop in at a fast food burger place, but I order the burger "low carb" (sans the bun) because I bring with me a low carb Flatout Fold-it as a "bun alternative". Things like that, I will continue to do to stay away from the high carbs that sent me ballooning up to 200 in the first place. I never want to see that number on a scale again! :)
