THIS WEEK I ONLY LOST 3 POUNDS COMPARE TO THE FIRST WEEK WHEN I LOST 12 POUNDS.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

When you're losing that much weight, it tends to be not very healthy. They actually say to aim for 2 lbs/week at the most -- anything more than that, and you're risking losing muscle mass instead of fat.

The first week is mostly water weight and really doesn't matter. Your weight loss should average out to 1-2 pounds a week over time. That being said, you need to eat something. You are starving yourself, and your weight loss is definitely going to slow, stop, and possibly reverse at that low of a calorie level. What you lose when you eat that little will be mostly muscle, organ tissue, and of course connective tissue mass. NOT healthy at all.

don't be discouraged...keep sticking to your diet and exercise program and stay with the challenge....you'll get there!
