Today I think is my official weigh in since it is my first account since I started this. Now lets see if it keeps changing or if I am just at the low of my roller coaster . . . time will tell. I have enjoyed looking back at what I have eaten. I feel good about most of my choices - but what I have really noticed is that since I have been tracking what I eat I am more comfortable in my choices and I am am not depriving myself of what I enjoy - just maybe less of it and still feeling good. Also this helps me track taking my vitamins :) and this is a good thing!

Even if you are at the low of your PREVIOUS roller coaster you will change that now. I love that you are doing all this. I do wonder how you can burn so man calories though? 3793? Seems high! I did learn from looking at yours that I can add "desk work". I'm doing that all day and it apparently burns more than "resting". I assumed since I wasn't walking, etc that I should leave it at resting before.
