I had company last night and wasn't very good at setting limits for myself. I had two beers, some wine, chips and guacamole, in addition to the meal. No surprise that my weight went up.
183.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
