Once it settles down consider adding some stretching to your routine if you dont already. I always do 15 mins at the end of my weight sessions I really benefit from it 👍

Thanks guys, I usually do a good warm down session after each workout. My sciatica pains stem from a trapped nerve in my back. Once that free's up, the pain eases. I couldn't even walk for more than a minute or so, last week. I'm much better now. :)
