I'm so proud of myself for finally reaching my goal. 😻 I'm even determined to take my weight further to 70kg. 🤗
165.1 lb Lost so far: 44.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This is different for everyone, depending on your daily physical activity, BMI , BMR and the amount of weight you want to lose weekly. Check Calculator.net on the internet and you'll be able to know how many calories you can consume daily in order to lose weight.
