I have followed my diet poorly. Wife bought Halloween sweets and we only had 4 people show up so I have been eating the sweets, not that I eat too many at ago, but all helps. Apart from that I get nice crusty bread from a farm shop and it is gorgeous, lightly toasted with a little marg on, although a few months ago I did stop having marmalade and jam. I am trying.
