I gave up on diets and just started to do cardio every day. I do atleast 24-30 minutes on the eliptical machine with some light lifting. I am not losing weight, however I am gaining muscle...so we will see how that goes.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

you should be losing lots of inches though! so measure yourself from head to toe!
