Day 2 of P90X: Plyo was awesome! Kicked my butt!
Got up early today to ensure a healthy start to the day.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My hubby has that. He does 30 min and is dying! He even tossed cookies from it once. lol. That is definitely a tuff workout!
