all that moving yesterday paid off...stayed busy busy. went to bed exhausted! more of the same today...discovered I'm a pack-rat! one trip is gonna be to the dump!! funny thing is, not moving anywhere!! floors are being redone in my room...so everything out and into shed...blah!!
235.8 lb Lost so far: 58.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
