If you're exercising a lot, with weights like me, you'll probably find that you get a large weight loss of a few pounds in a couple of weeks. I had a situation, a couple of weeks ago, where my weight increased a pound a week over two weeks before having three weeks of great loss. Maybe think about putting the tape measure around yourself to see the inches lost, just so you don't get disheartened when the scale goes up or doesn't budge.
