Mid week weigh in. Dropped early in week then adjusted up to 81.4. Been here a few days now. Must be ready to drop soon. All good. Not letting it play with my mind. I’m eating right.

Also, I see the surgeon about the op today so probably some anxiety there. I’m a firm believer stress doesn’t help you to lose weight. 😱 🙏🤞

Onwards and downwards.
179.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 November 2022:
958 kcal Fat: 35.55g | Prot: 46.89g | Carb: 111.21g.   Breakfast: Tamar Valley Blueberries and Cream Greek Style Yogurt, Jordans Low Sugar Granola, Pink Lady Apples. Lunch: Mixed Salad Greens, Potato, Cherry Tomatoes, Carrots, Cucumber, Muffin Break Spinach & Feta Pie (Per Slice). Dinner: Beef stew with leftovers 051122. Snacks/Other: Coles Full Cream Milk, Black Tea, Ginger. more...

Good luck when seeing the surgeon! I had my ACL 20 years ago and the process was good, but my knee was always worse afterwards and I assumed that it was because they had to take a lot of matted cartilage out. I have since had a full knee replacement two months ago and when the surgeon looked at the X-ray pre-op he said - you do realise that the ACL op didn’t work! Anyway not to put you off, more saying be aware of your body, you will know what it needs!

Thank you Malgaynor, yes the knee just doesn't feel right still and after 11 months I don't think it's going to improve itself. Mines a full knee reconstruction. Be interesting to see what surgeon says today. Last appt he did say it would take me about 12 months to get back to where I am now recovery wise. But it's no good leaving it the way it is either. 🤷🏼 At least I can control something, my weight loss. 🤣 Thank you all for supporting me. Really appreciate it. 🙏

Hi there I’m new on here and I just wanted to commend your weight loss journey and if you are keeping a daily routine of strengthening your knee too as I have knee pain and rather left if for years and it’s just getting worse as they say if you do t use it you will lose it. So I’m doing daily knee strengthening exercises using body weight only and it helps with my walking but yes good luck with it all and good in you for staying g positive.
