Surprised I haven't gained. I've been getting a lot of exercise, but my cravings (chocolate, cheese, SALT) are out of control. Goal for the next week: lower fat intake, target to get at least 30% protein. Caloric intake in between 1300 and 1500.


126.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
