Apologies for the lack of input on updates and things, however I was away on holiday in iceland for a good week - the time differences and plane rides were much to hard to record here haha! Other than that, this week has shown my eager stomach the many delights of: * Icelandic famous hot dogs * Whale * Puffin * Reindeer (Helsinki) * Arctic Shark *Icelandic fish and roe (can't remember their names sorry) * Many, MANY different sweets and treats that Iceland/Helsinki had to offerNow to get back to some form of order and controlled eating haha!
