WTF? Do I need to go back on JUST my rotation foods?
116.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1744 kcal Fat: 101.46g | Prot: 132.18g | Carb: 90.20g.   Breakfast: Walnuts, canned artichoke heart, Egg White, 93 ground beef, Grape Tomatoes, Broccoli, Avocados. Lunch: natural peanut butter, Olive Oil, Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Asparagus. Dinner: earth balance, Artichokes (Globe or French), Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Snacks/Other: grapes, True Protein Pea pp. more...
