So that didn't work. I now officially feel overweight. I've known it was coming for a few weeks but I do love the fall with its pumpkin flavored everything. This weekend is Halloween however which is the official end of my fall revelry.

So here is the plan going forward. I'm going to kick start myself with 30 days of calorie counting. I've been really good on that in the past except for the weekends. I want to hit the whole 30 days this time. I will focus on smarter decisions for food and snacks. Vegetables need to become a larger staple in my diet. Over the span of my last "diet" I decided to make a life change and focus on ordering smaller portion sizes when going out. I used to over order a lot and then try to finish it all regardless of if I was actually hungry. I've done surprisingly well at that and need to carry that win forward with me. Last of all is the dreaded torture palace known as the gym. Honestly I rather like going once I get a steady pattern going it is just starting that pattern. I like to make excuses about it being time consuming but in reality I'd be spending that as leisure time anyway. Investing that time in myself is a much smarter idea.

So there you have it. Once again into the breech. Last time I was able to carry a win from my diet forward for my permanent benefit. If I can continue to do that eventually I will be unstoppable. 160 by Christmas? Probably not. But by February? I think so.
