The funny thing is that is what WW is trying to teach everyone. by counting points you are learning to eat smaller portions and choose healthier options (like the fruit and vegetables). But it does take work. Tracking food can be very important to weight loss because we tend to overeat (even healthy stuff) sometimes. Studies show when we don't track we tend to eat 30% more than we think we do. I wish you good luck though. I'm sure you will do fine.
