I have tried so many diets and have lost weight only to gain it back so have decided I am tired of counting points on Weight Watchers and I am going to try to just eat HEALTHY and eat smaller portions and up my exercise.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

The funny thing is that is what WW is trying to teach everyone. by counting points you are learning to eat smaller portions and choose healthier options (like the fruit and vegetables). But it does take work. Tracking food can be very important to weight loss because we tend to overeat (even healthy stuff) sometimes. Studies show when we don't track we tend to eat 30% more than we think we do. I wish you good luck though. I'm sure you will do fine.
