Not dieting just healthy eating but walking and I am up to 4 miles EVERY day. I feel good and I never have 2nds rather than dieting. I hate counting points with WW and I hate counting calories its too hard to be a lifestyle. So for now this is working for me. I try to make healthier choices and never having 2nds and I will keep it u as long as it is working for me.
