An excellent day!! I've been maintaing my goal wt. now for more than 2 months. After more than 45 years of yo yo dieting, I finally have this thing fiqured out. You have to make a LIGE TIME change, not just for the duration of the dieting - it has to be a PERMENENT change in what you eat and how you think. Beginning weight: 206.6 lbs Goal weight: 140.0 lbs ( I'm weighing in at 138.6 lbs).
