Feeling good this morning. I love the colder months, love the fall colors, and then the air just seems fresher, crisper in December and January. But I have to say that I find that I'm cold a lot...have not ever felt cold before, not to my recollection anyways...not in October! Wondering if it's because of the weight I've lost. Coming up on 60 lbs...anyways. Waiting on my walking partner, she bailed on me yesterday...but didn't stop me from working out.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
