No gain or loss which is okay. Reviewing my Oct numbers I've kept them under my RDI but have allowed my intake to slowly climb from 1600 to high of 2800 calories/day. Thinking about it this is somewhat historical, staying focused for a couple months then slowly letting go of the reins. I think they call it the "Yo-yo diet" Well not this time, I'm determine to change. I'll work at staying
290.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
