Took a Tbsp of White Vinegar in the morning.
Started on the Jamieson Super Strain Acidophilus Probiotic yesterday... taking 1 tab with supper. Day 2
Gassy in the morning (could be from probiotic)
132.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
