Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…

Was listening to podcast… https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-genius-life/id1379050662 ….starting my day in right frame of mind….along with getting my workout in before breakfast…

Rode yesterday afternoon…then shortly after ride took an hour nap…guess I needed it…

Left window open again last night…44… outside…it’s cool…lol…yesterday I soaked up some sun..felt so good..I’m like a magnet….or I feel like it…I put on headphones..find a podcast to listen to…set up outside..as dar as I can get from anyone…and go into a meditation…and next thing I kno…sometimes is either sitting next to me..or wanting to talk..I’m thinking…I have headphones on..can’t you see them…I have to pull them down…just can’t sit far enough that someone doesn’t walk the distance….lol…

Well…almost 630… time to move more…

Have a fantastic positive day…

Good morning! It is chilly. Low 38 last night but I still had window open a little. Just now getting to my coffee. ☕️ Took a half of a muscle relaxer last night for my neuropathy and it makes me sleep in. It took it away for several days so I stopped taking it but then it came back yesterday. Trying to get by until my appointment on the 24th. A ways to go! Uhh! Good for you getting in a nap and all the other good stuff. Too bad you get bothered during your meditation. Yeah, you have headphones on and they still want to talk. Lol Sorry! They must be lonely. Need to talk so you probably made them feel better. Nice of you. Hope you have a marvelous Monday!:)
