Your choices for supplements sounds great the cinnamon will also stabilize your blood sugar. Don't forget to drink lots of water as you need to flush the toxins out of your system. I walked past the bakery section in the supermarket the other day and just stood and enjoyed the smell of the bread baking. Did not purchase any baked goods at all? It is amazing how you develop an attitude to remove certain foods from your diet when you choose to be healthy. It's all about choice.

Water has always been a problem for me unless its blazing hot I am a huge coffee drinker, but will work to add a cup or two a day :)

You can 1/4 cup of a fruit juice until you get use to drinking water. Lemon juice, cranberry juice, apple juice. Just start cutting back on the juice until you are strictly drinking water. It works.

Its not even that I dislike water, because I don't, I just love coffee :) But thanks for the advice.
