Morwen's Journal, 09 June 2011

I started the Atkins method of eating on May 18th. I've lost ten pounds since that time, so I guess that's pretty good, ten pounds in three weeks. I don't want to lose my momentum, so I've joined this site to keep track of everything and maybe get some "buddies" who are losing weight, too. We'll see what happens!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
