Its not the food choices that are the issues, its the choice to not exercise that is hurting my progress. They say the road is lined with good intentions. My road is flooded with them :(
248.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
