I ate a lot of salty foods over the last couple of days. I was able to get out and do my workout today and once again it is disheartening to see how hard it was to participate completely. I'm starting over again from the beginning. But, I've done it before and I'll do it once more! Strength and stamina will return.
182.1 lb Lost so far: 23.9 lb.    Still to go: 22.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
