Day 3: Down 3 pounds!! My carb cravings are diminshing. Don't get me wrong, they are still there but I am not constantly thinking about cookies and ice cream like last week. It could be that my kids went thru the cabinets and threw out all the junk food. lol. Out of sight out of mind.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 June 2011:

Hi Mommie23! I too suffer from cookie and ice cream addiction. The thought of them used to consume me, all day long. I felt as if I could kill for them. I'm glad to say that I'm slowly recovering and kicking the cravings. When I need something sweet and creamy I grab my new favorite treat: sugar free Jello with home made whip cream. Delish!
